A 60th Birthday Celebration at Heckfield Place

We found the most perfect location for our Out of Africa Safari Party experience within the extensive grounds of Heckfield Place. Hidden away through the ancient woodlands, so it was a complete surprise to everyone.

Guests were transported in a fleet of vintage landrovers to Big Thumper. Then walked down a magical fern-lined, lantern-lit pathway to discover safari wildlife and other intriguing characters along their journey.

The excitement was building as the Safari camp revealed itself through the woodland trees. With welcome cocktails in hand, guests enjoyed a bespoke ‘Lion King’ style performance before heading into dinner.

The dining scene was transformed into a luxurious Safari camp with layer upon layer of intriguing and eclectic details. From handmade jungle print napkins and leopard print lamps, to monkey candleholders and golden animal figurines atop the tables. Each place was set with rattan chargers, tungsten plates, bone handled cutlery and a personalised ribbon.

Whilst overhead two stunning lighting installations were created in sunset desert-like shades of feathery grasses and rattan shades.
