But family celebrations, marking and celebrating life’s key milestones - well I’m 100% here for those.

Like this 40th wedding anniversary-the third famous gathering we’ve been entrusted with by the Thomas family. From 60th birthdays, to their son’s wedding and now their own wedding anniversary. It was an evening filled with love, laughter, and the effortless elegance that defines our signature style.

Heckfield Place provided the perfect setting, where nature, heritage, and heartfelt hospitality came together in seamless harmony. We infused the space with ruby-hued accents, organic textures, and lush florals, a reflection of four decades of love.

Guests dined in the warm embrace of the Hearth restaurant, indulging in a fire-cooked feast curated by @skyegyngell, while the atmosphere was made even more magical by hand-drawn illustrations from @jessrosebird—a keepsake of a night to remember. And, of course, no celebration would be complete without an unforgettable dance floor moment, soundtracked by @djcharlesmusic.

The festivities didn’t end with lunch! The afternoon unfolded with a series of activities, from friendly badminton on the lawns to peaceful boating on the lake, and for the adventurous, a refreshing wild swim. After lunch, the festivities continued with a series of outdoor activities that made the most of the stunning estate. From badminton on the lawns, to leisurely boating on the tranquil lake with a refreshing wild swim for those brave enough. Nestled within the breathtaking grounds of Euridge Manor, this wedding ceremony was a vision of pure romance and elegance. From the moment guests arrived, every detail was designed to heighten the senses and immerse them in an unforgettable experience.

Before taking their seats, guests were invited to visit the interactive Petal Bar, where they hand-filled monogrammed sachets with fragrant rosebuds, lavender, and delicate petals—creating a beautifully scented moment for the grand toss.

Then came the music. The ALR orchestra delivered a breathtaking performance, each note weaving seamlessly into the emotion of the day. And when they played All I Ask of You from Phantom of the Opera, there was not a dry eye in sight—a moment so spine-tingling, it still lingers in our memory.

From start to finish, every detail of the Caudwells’ anniversary was designed to feel uniquely theirs, with custom branding designed by our in-house team, that carried through each moment of the event.

We brought their story to life with personalised touches that added layers of meaning and style to the celebration.

Guests were welcomed with thoughtfully curated gifts placed in each hotel bedroom—a collection of locally sourced snacks and treats, each wrapped in custom packaging that featured playful nods to the couple’s story. These welcome gifts were designed to make guests feel at home from the very start, while adding a delicious taste of the celebration to come.

The branding continued throughout the weekend: At Club 84, a nostalgic pop-up bar honouring the year they married, custom coasters, neon signage, and cocktail menu booklets immersed guests in the fun and glamour of the 80s.

The Caudwell Times, a custom newsprint capturing highlights and memories, offered everyone a keepsake to take home.

We even created a bespoke C&B monogram, symbolising their enduring partnership, which adorned everything from stationery to the band’s drumhead—a striking reminder that this was a one-of-a-kind celebration crafted just for them.

When guests walked back in, the element of surprise was undeniable—a moment locked forever in their memories.
