A 3-Day Birthday Weekend at Heckfield Place: The Welcome Party

Day one of a 3-day 60th Birthday Party and exclusive takeover of Heckfield Place.

Bringing to life a vision that was born back in 2018 for a client’s milestone birthday. Like many parties it had to be postponed in 2020, bringing with it plenty of stress and disappointment for all concerned.

Several years, and a lot of planning later, we finally did it. And it was even more magical than we could have hoped.

We took over Heckfield exclusively for 3-days, offering guests the most exquisite home-from- home for the weekend.

The house was prepared ready to welcome everyone, with fresh flowers filling every corner. Welcome boxes delivered to guests’ bedrooms, with a beautiful lasercut paper itinerary, and a Champagne afternoon tea ensured the warmest of welcomes for all.

Every plan was reviewed and every detail carefully curated ready for our first event of the weekend – the Summer Fiesta welcome party held at Marle.

We set-up a fun escort card station – with painted marble coasters for each guest to take home with them. The Kitten Grayson team provided the most delightful flowers, including spectacular dinner-plate dahlias. And the roaming band brought the house down, with their infectious energy.
